PollHab – Pollinators typical of habitats protected under the Habitats Directive
D1: Inception report
As the inception report is due 3 weeks after the kick-off meeting, we will immediately start the discussion with the contracting authority starting from the criteria outlined in this proposal, discussion that will continue at the kick-off meeting. The deliverable will be a short report where a first draft of the general criteria is described. The writing of D1 will be led by UNIPD and UREAD.
D2: Interim report
The interim report is due 12 months after the signature. It will provide a stock take of the activities completed so far. It will include: i) the refined set of general criteria to characterise typical pollinator species (Task 1); ii) for 40% of the habitats, a draft list of typical pollinator species (Task 2); iii) a synthesis of the outcome of the consultation activities undertaken, which include at least two workshops (Task 4). The writing of D2 will be led by UNIPD.
D3: Draft final study report and final study report
The draft final report is due 8 weeks before the end of the contract (M22). It will provide a detailed description of all activities undertaken under all tasks and elaborate their results. It will also include a short report of the outcome of the 5 workshops. It will also include recommendations for follow up activities to be considered by the contracting authority after the end of the contract. The report will be drafted by UNIPD (Introduction, Methods, Results of the synthesis analysis and expert assessment, Conclusions) in collaboration with UREAD (Pollinator monitoring) and ATECMA (Habitat management)
